A social platform for driving enthusiasts — log drives, organise meets, and keep a private garage.

• Designed and built a React/TypeScript PWA on a fully serverless AWS stack (Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito, S3, CloudFront), provisioned end to end with Terraform — no click-ops, no Amplify.
• Engineered privacy-first location handling: Privacy Zones trim GPS tracks on-device before storage, so a shared drive never maps a rare car back to an owner's home.
• Built a custom Discover map rendering real route polylines decoded and projected onto SVG, so the artwork matches roads you can open in the app.

Property and area intelligence for Ireland — sold prices, planning activity and neighbourhood trajectory, beyond the asking price.

• Architected a geospatial platform unifying 635k+ Price Register properties, ~155k commercial records, planning applications, national GTFS transport feeds, EV chargers and OPW flood-risk zones into one map.
• Built the ingestion and geocoding pipeline on AWS — PostGIS on RDS, Redis hot-path cache, a Lambda ingestion fleet and MapTiler tiles — with an Eircode geocoding layer backed by a paid API and a self-hosted Photon instance.
• Made a deliberate B2C → B2B strategic pivot after customer discovery: tore infrastructure down to near-zero cost with every dataset preserved and a one-command restore playbook.
